Shipping Instructions – Watches

Accepting Watches Nationwide

Matheu’s Fine Watches services and repairs over forty of the top brand watches, and clocks from all 50 states. To send your timepiece for service or repair, and to expedite the process, please follow the instructions below.

Timepieces in need of warranty repair may be sent to or dropped off at Matheu’s Highlands Ranch, CO location. Non-warrantied timepieces can be delivered to either or Highlands Ranch, CO or Breckenridge, CO locations.

Clocks need to be dropped off at the store, please do not ship.

1) Download and Complete the Repair Request Form

For issues with your timepiece please click the button below and fill out the corresponding Watch Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to the Matheu’s Watch Service Center listed below, or bring it into one of the stores.

For CARTIER, PHILIP STEIN, SWISS ARMY, and TAG HEUER watches use the links below for repair request forms.

2) Please include the following information:

  • Your name or a contact name
  • Full shipping address, including any department number (no P.O. Boxes, please)
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Proof of purchase, if under warranty
  • Brief description of repairs needed
  • Completed Watch Repair Request Form
  • Shipping method (please do not ship in gift box)

3) Shipping Method & Instructions

  • Ship insured
  • Use trackable/tracing shipping method (UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS Certified, Registered, Confirmation, Insured)
  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND WATCH IN THE GIFT BOX

4) Contact and Delivery Confirmation

  • Please do not call store to see if received (use shipping company tracking)
  • Allow 10 days for a Matheu’s representative to contact you regarding the estimate for repair – watches are placed into que based on date received for estimates

5) Include original purchase receipt with Date of Purchase.

If your timepiece is under warranty you will need to send a copy of your original purchased receipt showing Date of Purchase. Your SAW watch comes with a 3 year warranty from date of purchase which covers issues due to manufacturer’s defective.

Issues not covered under warranty:

  • Impact damage
  • Damage due to unauthorized repair
  • Any exterior part of watch
  • All SAW watches purchased from non-authorized retailer

6) Ship to Locations

Timepieces in need of warranty repair or service may be sent to Matheu’s Fine Watches Swiss Army Service Center in Highlands Ranch, CO.
