We accept Swiss Army watches for warranty service from CO, AZ, NM, NV, UT, OR, ID, MT, WY, SD, ND, NE, KS, OK, MN, IA, IL, MO, LA, AL, AK, MS, TN, PA, NY, VT, ME, NH, RI, NJ, DE, MD, GA, KY.

Timepieces in need of warranty repair may be sent to Matheu’s Highlands Ranch or Breckenridge Colorado stores.

For issues with your timepiece please fill out the >> Swiss Army Timepiece Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to the Matheu’s Victorinox Swiss Army Service Center listed below, or bring it into one of the stores.
