1) Download and Complete the Repair Request Form

To send your Swiss Army timepiece for authorized repair service, please click the button below and fill out the Swiss Army Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to the Matheu’s Victorinox Swiss Army Service Center listed below, or bring it into one of the stores.

2) Shipping Instructions

Swiss Army timepieces in need of authorized repair may be sent to Matheu’s Fine Watches Swiss Army Service Centers in two Colorado locations – Highlands Ranch, CO or Breckenridge, CO.

3) Please included the following information:

• Your name or a contact name
• Full shipping address, including any department number (no P.O. Boxes, please)
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Proof of purchase, if under warranty
• Brief description of repairs needed
• Completed Swiss Army Repair Request Form

4) Shipping Method. Please ship insured and via trackable means (e.g, UPS, US Mail Certified or Registered Mail Insured).
