Timepieces in need of warranty or non-warranty repair may be sent to Matheu’s Highlands Ranch or Breckenridge Colorado stores. We accept Swiss Army watches for repair from all 50 states.
For issues with your timepiece please fill out the >> Swiss Army Timepiece Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to the Matheu’s Victorinox Swiss Army Service Center listed below, or bring it into one of the stores.

To expedite the turnaround time for watch repairs, we recommend that you ship your repairs directly to the Matheu’s Fine Watches service center nearest you.
